welcome little adrian

Adrian is our dear friend Toni's new grandson. Toni passed away a number of years ago, but her beautiful daughter Kristen is exhibiting all of Toni's beauty, strength and natural mothering. I had the pleasure and privilege of visiting them in the hospital on Adrian's third day, and he is beautiful and sweet in every way.

The lighting conditions in the hospital were terrible. These were taken at an ISO of 800 and higher. The fourth one was actually taken at 3200 ISO. The Canon 20D performs amazingly well at those higher ISOs. I used the 50 mm f/1.8 lens at very wide open apetures.
